Visit

Laguna Niguel City Center.

A new plaza in the heart of Laguna Niguel, surrounded by apartment communities. If you live nearby, we are your neighbourhood studio — close enough to walk to a morning reformer class or an evening sound bath.

Getting here

ORRIS Body & Mind
Laguna Niguel City Center
Laguna Niguel, California

Free plaza parking sits steps from our door, so there is no garage to circle and no meter to feed. The exact suite number goes up here as opening day approaches.

Your first visit

01

Arrive ten minutes early

We will show you around, set up your reformer and pour you a cup of tea before anything starts.

02

Wear something you can move in

Fitted rather than loose, so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks for the reformer — borrow a pair if you forget.

03

Bring almost nothing

Mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks and bowls are all here. Water too. Just bring yourself.

04

Stay afterwards

The lounge is part of the studio. Coffee, tea and a place to sit, with no reason to rush off.

Before you come

When do you open?

Classes and studio hours will be announced here ahead of opening. Expect early-morning, midday and evening classes built around work and family life.

Is parking really free?

Yes. Plaza parking is free and sits directly outside, which is not something every studio in Orange County can say.

I have never done Pilates or yoga.

Then you are exactly who Reformer Foundations and the sound bath are built for. Neither assumes anything.

How do I book?

Online booking opens with the studio. Until then, call 714-914-0874 or email studio.orris@gmail.com and we will hold your place.
