The small print
Good to know
Classes are small, so cancellation windows are applied consistently. If something goes wrong, call us.
Cancelling a group class12 hours
Cancel at least twelve hours before class and it goes straight back to your account.
Cancelling a private session24 hours
Private and semi-private sessions need a full day’s notice to return to your account.
Late cancels and no-shows$25
Cancel inside the window and the class is spent (members are also charged $10). Not showing up costs $25. Cancelling in the booking app, even ten minutes before, avoids the fee.
How long do packs last?2 months
Packs and intro offers are good for two months from the day you buy them.
Can one pack cover both Body and Mind?
Yes. Body & Mind packs work across reformer Pilates, yoga and sound baths in any combination.
Do I need experience?
No. Reformer Foundations assumes none, and every Mind class is all-levels.
What should I bring?
Grip socks for the reformer — borrow a pair if you forget. Everything else is here.
