A group room moves at the room's pace, and nobody in it is tracking your particular limitation. A private session is built around exactly that.
An athlete, a return to sport, or one part of the body that keeps complaining. Sessions built backwards from the goal.
Some people would simply rather not be the newest person in the room. Two sessions is usually enough before joining a class.
Your instructor designs every session around your goals, your mobility and your movement history — not a class plan adapted afterwards.
Every repetition is watched, cued and refined in real time. Nothing goes uncorrected, which is the entire point.
One-to-one pacing means you advance as quickly, or as gently, as your body actually allows.
The whole hour is yours. The right choice when the goal is specific, or when the body needs watching closely.
Bring a partner or a friend. You share the instructor and the room, and it costs about a third less each.
